Serene Silver Healthy Color Duo

100% vegan, cruelty-free, and certified by Leaping Bunny and PETA, Overtone Healthy Color Duo in Serene Silver is a two-step, color-depositing system designed to add and maintain a soft, cool-toned silver hue while keeping hair soft, hydrated, and glossy.

Serene Silver delivers a muted, smoky silver tone with subtle cool undertones, ideal for anyone looking to enhance or maintain a refined, modern silver shade with a smooth, luminous finish.

It pairs a Color Depositing Treatment Mask, which delivers more noticeable color payoff, with a Color Depositing Daily Conditioner, which helps refresh and maintain color between applications. The duo includes an 8 fl. oz. / 237 ml Treatment Mask and a 4.5 fl. oz. / 133 ml Daily Conditioner.

Overtone offers the duo in 35+ shades, making it easy to choose from a wide range of bold, natural-looking, or customizable color options.

For best results, apply the Treatment Mask with gloves to dry hair, leave it on for 10–15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with warm water without shampooing. The Treatment Mask typically lasts about 2–3 weeks, though results vary depending on hair type, starting shade, and wash routine.

To maintain the cool tone and soft dimension of Serene Silver, apply the Daily Conditioner to wet hair after shampooing, leave it on for 3–5 minutes, and rinse thoroughly. It refreshes color for about 3–5 days at a time and can be used as often as desired.

The Healthy Color Duo is formulated for all hair types and textures, including curl-friendly routines, and is designed to provide visible color without bleach for many starting shades. Results are generally strongest on hair that is lighter than jet black, while pre-lightening is typically recommended to achieve a true, bright silver tone.

Both formulas are free of ammonia, parabens, sulfates, peroxide, and other harsh chemicals.

Ingredient blends vary by shade, but formulas commonly include conditioning and nourishing ingredients such as shea butter, coconut oil, aloe leaf juice, hydrolyzed pea protein, jojoba oil, meadowfoam seed oil, argan oil, sweet almond oil, castor oil, rosemary oil, spearmint oil, peppermint oil, willow bark extract, and horsetail extract.

These ingredients help moisturize, soften, reduce frizz, support shine, strengthen hair, and promote a healthier-looking scalp while depositing soft, cool-toned Serene Silver color.
